How to use: Hot therapy: Heat for one minute in the microwave and apply to the area to be treated to relieve muscle, cervical, lumbar, menstrual pain, arthritis, and tired feet. Cold therapy: Freeze the cushion and apply it cold to relieve inflammation, headaches, migraines, fever, etc. To maintain its conservation and good use, we recommend freezing the cushion for a minimum of 5 days, once a semester. (twice a year).
