14 DAYS RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to offer a refund/exchange on goods purchased online and returned within 14 days of purchase, as per the conditions outlined.

Please note: we do not cover the cost of returns.

RETURNS POLICY

At Town Centre Pharmacy we want to make your online experience as easy and as enjoyable as purchasing goods in our store.

If you need to make a return of your online order, contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order on 041 9835952 or email us at info@towncentrepharmacy.com

We are happy to accept returns for unwanted products (Right to Cancel), provided the items are unopened and unused and the packaging is undamaged – you may cancel your order, by either email or phone - 041 9835952.  We must receive your returned order within 14 days of order cancellation along with any gift with purchase if applicable. Proof of purchase will be required

  • Customers have the right to return or exchange their order within 14 days of purchase. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order after processing, only the product costs will be refunded upon receipt of returned goods as Town Centre Pharmacy does not refund postal charges.
  • All returned products will be refunded or exchanged, provided they have not been used or damaged. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods were received in error.

You can send the item purchased online back to us at:

through An Post or alternatively you can drop in back to our store at same address. Check out An Post's Returns Policy here.

Option 2

Email info@towncentrepharmacy.com with all of your purchase details, your phone number and address and we will organise for An Post to collect the package. A cost may be incurred in the returns.

(We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit).

Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to appear back into your bank account.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights. On receipt of the parcel we will begin to process your returns upon inspection of the items.

Please Note: In the days after a sale e.g. Black Friday, Mid Season sales and seasonal sales we experience a larger than usual number of returns. Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be processed during this time.

Exceptions to this policy

The product types listed below, but not limited to, are considered FINAL SALE and will not be eligable for a refund/return/exchange.

Final Sale Items:

  • Earrings.
  • Necklaces.
  • All other jewellery pieces.
  • Any cosmetic items where the product seal has been broken or used.
