How To Apply Lash Primer

Apply Clinique Lash Building Primer generously to lashes in an upward motion and immediately follow with mascara. Use before the Clinique High Impact Mascara for a bold standout look. However the Lash Building Primer is not recommended for use with Lash Power High Impact Curling and Bottom Lash Mascara formulas.
