The Wheat Bag can also be used as a cold compress. Place it in the freezer in a sealed plastic bag to chill, 30-60 minutes before use. It can also be warmed in the microwave for 1 minute.

Usage: Wheat Bag can be warmed in the microwave for 1-2 minutes on medium setting. Ensure the microwave turntable can turn freely with the Wheat Bag on it with no obstruction. Wheat Bags offer moist heat to release muscle tension.
