Earn Reward Points with Town Centre Pharmacy Online

We're a family-owned & grown business for over 35 years, and our customers are at the heart of our family. We value & cherish those who have supported, invested & loved us throughout our journey.

To give back & show our customers that we care about them, we have finally set up a Rewards programme for our online shop. This rewards programme can only be redeemed online and not in our physical store. We have a separate loyalty programme for our physical store that customers can also sign up for, but it cannot transfer over to our website.

How To Earn Points

1. 3 points earned for every €1 spent.
2. Signing up will automatically give you 100 points.
3. Every time you place an order with us, you automatically will receive points based on your order value.
4. If you enter your birthday when signing up, you will receive 200 points on your birthday. You need to enter your birthday date 1 month before. If not, unfortunately, you will have to wait until next year.
5. Receive 50 points by following our social media pages through the link on the rewards sign-up pop-up.
6. There are more ways to earn, just select the rewards symbol and find out more.

How To Redeem

By creating an account with us and accepting marketing emails, you have signed up to our loyalty programme. Once you sign up, you automatically receive points that you can either use on your order or build up your points as you go along.

Once signed in, you can access your points information through The Inner Circle toggle/symbol in the bottom right of any page (on desktop/tablet) and at the bottom of your screen on mobile. If you have any issues locating your information, please contact us.

The maximum number of points you can redeem in one order will max at 10,000 points = €100.

1. Firstly, you need to be signed into your account with us.
2. The minimum order spend needs to be €15 or above.
3. To redeem points, click on the Rewards symbol on the bottom right of the page (on desktop), the bottom of the page (on mobile).
4. Select 'Ways To Redeem'.
5. Enter the number of points you want to redeem.
6. Copy the discount code provided & enter it at checkout.
7. Points will be redeemed from your account.

When You Can't Use Your Points

There are a few circumstances where you may not be able to use your points.

• When you are purchasing something that is discounted/ on sale.
• When there is an offer on.
• You cannot use points against the shipping fees.
  
• You cannot combine discounts

Signing Up For Our Newsletter & The 10% Off For First Order

When you sign up for our newsletter, you receive a discount code for your first order. You can either use that discount code or use your sign-up points against your order, but you cannot combine both discounts.
